If you can sign in, use Send feedback in your family menu. Choose the idea or improvement category and explain what you hoped to do, where you expected to do it, and who in the family would benefit.

The support team sees only the feedback you intentionally submit. Sending feedback does not grant silent access to your family archive.

What makes feedback useful

• The family task you are trying to complete.
• Who would use the change: organizer, editor, contributor, guest, or older relative.
• What a good result would look like.
• Whether the idea affects privacy, permissions, language, or accessibility.

Use the right queue

For a bug that blocks you now, choose Contact. For wrong information, unauthorized family access, impersonation, or inappropriate material, use Safety / Report a Problem.
