Billing Help

Billing should never become a threat to the family record. Plans control active tools and allowances; they do not transfer ownership of the archive to Pinkas.

The Pricing page is the canonical public source for current plan contents and prices. Family settings shows the entitlements actually attached to your family.

View or upgrade a plan

Open Family settings to see the family's current plan, renewal state, included modules, storage, and processing usage. Moving to a higher plan adds the capabilities and allowances shown before checkout.

Renewals and plan upgrades

A Pinkas project includes the first year of Pinkas Archive. Archive access then renews annually at the amount shown for the purchased project unless the family cancels before renewal. Digital features are included by tier; capabilities outside the current tier require a plan upgrade, not a separate add-on.

Cancel

Cancel from Family settings. Cancellation stops the next charge and leaves paid access active through the end of the current period. Afterward, the archive becomes read-only but remains available for viewing, playback, download, and export.

Failed payment

A failed renewal enters a grace period before write access changes. Update the payment method through the secure billing portal. Pinkas never receives or stores the full card number.

Receipts and payment details

Receipts and payment-method management are available through the billing portal linked from Family settings. If the family name, charge, or receipt is unclear, contact Pinkas with the date and amount—never a full card number.

Archive storage and Studio output

The current storage and processing meters appear in Family settings. If an upload or render would exceed the included allowance, Pinkas points to a higher family plan rather than selling a separate credit or silently charging an overage.
