Pilot a batch with stable item IDs, front/back pairs, an inventory, and an untouched master copy. Provide edited versions separately and document changes.
Who owns the decisions?
Agree on handling, temporary storage, deletion, transfer permissions, and who verifies the delivery. Confirm the supported import workflow before promising direct integration.
What to measure
Success is a client who can match every delivered file to an original item and distinguish masters from edited copies.
